I am the Education Co-Chair for a regional professional organization, and, two weeks ago, with the help of my fellow Co-Chair, ran the first professional event that I had ever personally planned and organized. It went very well, but (though I had a great deal of help from several important people in my life) I would have loved to have had these top ten lists as references.
